September, 2019, Sri Arjun Singh Mehta has moved Hon’ble High Court. The
Hon’ble Court today after hearing refused to grant any interim relief and
adjourned the Matter after Puja vacation with directions for filing respective
Affidavits.
Thus,
moving the Hon’ble Court by Sri Singh has for all purposes become infructuous.
